How much does office clearance cost in London?

Can you handle the entire office clearance, not just IT?
Yes. We manage the full clearance, including IT equipment, AV systems, office furniture and general commercial items, and give you a single point of contact for the whole project.
How do I dispose of old office furniture?
Quality furniture can often be resold or reused, and we assess it as part of the clearance. Where appropriate, serviceable items can go to charitable and community organisations. Anything that can't be reused goes to authorised waste and recycling sites, with waste transfer notes.
Can I get a free office clearance in London?
Often, yes, or close to it. If your office has recent IT, AV or quality furniture, we'll often pay for it, and that value can offset much or all of the clearance cost. We'll tell you honestly what your equipment is worth when we quote.
Do I get a waste transfer note?
Yes. As a registered waste carrier, we provide waste transfer documentation for everything we remove. Businesses must keep waste transfer notes for at least two years.
What happens to the IT equipment you remove?
Data-bearing devices are wiped with approved data-erasure software and erasure reports, or their drives are shredded, with a certificate for each device. The hardware is then resold, redeployed or recycled through WEEE-compliant routes.
