How much does a full office clearance or strip-out cost?

A full office clearance covers everything, including desks, chairs, filing cabinets, IT equipment, AV systems, kitchen items, carpeting and any other contents. We clear the space completely so you can hand it back to the landlord or prepare it for the next occupant.
What's the difference between an office clearance and a full office clearance?
An office clearance removes selected items while the business keeps operating, such as surplus furniture after a restructure or old IT after a refresh. A full office clearance, sometimes called an office strip-out or office decommissioning, removes everything so the premises can be vacated and handed back.
Can you work to an end-of-lease deadline?

Do you provide a waste transfer note?
Yes. As a registered waste carrier, we provide full waste transfer documentation for everything we remove. Keep these for at least two years.
